The mango that grows in the Island of Mindanao located in the southern part of the Philippines. By fully absorbing the blessing of the sun, and by having strict control on the after harvest ripening, it gives sufficient sweetness. This is something we cannot make concession on.
We control the raw materials and we know exactly when and where they are
delivered, i.e we control from farm to finished products.
Every process such as after harvest ripening, peeling, seed out and cutting
is done in the Philippines and therefore, it does not take a great deal
of time for you to prepare when needed, just take as much as you need to
use, thereby enabling you to easily calculate the yields. |
